Express Flow

Wednesdays @ 5:30pm

Yoga Express Flow is an empowering 45-minute invigorating flow where students can find their edge and their zen, while offering variations for every body. This class is all levels. Students can expect hands-on assistance, asana breakdown, opportunities to play, and flexibility work. Bring your own mat or use one of ours, and please be on time. Students can arrive up to 15 minutes early.

Always student, sometimes teacher. Yoga has changed my life over the last 13 years, from practice to teaching and continuous learning about the human experience through movement and meditation. Your practice can be found at the intersection between play and devotion. I’m from Chicago and have a dog, Noodle, and a cat, Esme, who love practicing with me.
